How do I contact the coach operator directly?
Operator contact details are included in your booking confirmation email. You can reach out to them directly for questions about pickup times, what to bring, or specific trip details.
Can you help me change my booking?
Yes! Contact us at support@coachdaytrips.co.uk with your booking reference. Changes are subject to availability and the operator's terms. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
I haven't received my booking confirmation
Booking confirmations are sent immediately to the email address provided. Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with your name and booking details, and we'll resend it.
How do I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the operator's cancellation policy (shown when you booked). Contact us with your booking reference and we'll process your refund request according to the applicable terms.
What if my trip is cancelled by the operator?
If an operator cancels your trip, you'll receive a full refund including all booking fees within 5-10 business days. We'll notify you immediately and help arrange alternative dates if available.
How can I leave a review?
After your trip, you'll receive an email invitation to leave a review. Your feedback helps other travelers and operators improve their services. Reviews appear on the trip page once verified.
